New Exercise Class in Westhill for People with Long-Term Conditions
The Grampian Cardiac Rehabilitation Association LTD are starting a new weekly exercise class in Westhill on a Friday 2pm to 3pm starting on 30th October at the Westdyke Leisure Centre, 4 Westdyke Avenue, Westhill.
This exercise class is aimed at people who have a long-term condition such as Heart Condition, Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Stroke and others, please click on this link to wee the poster giving more information:-
